Ring Tricep Extensions
For the Ring Tricep Extensions, grip the rings as you would a row and extend your arms over your head so they create a solid line from hands to feet. To control the difficulty of the exercise, place you feet either further behind you or closer in front of you. Now, slowly bend your arms at your elbows to bring your wrists to the back of your head. Extend back up to the starting position to complete the motion. Repeat this motion for the allotted amount of reps and then rest.
This exercise mainly focuses on your triceps. It is also important to use your core to maintain a rigid body as your arms are the only thing in motion.
