L-Sit on Floor
For the L-Sit on the floor, sit comfortably on the floor with your legs straight in front of you. To perform the hold, place your hands on the floor at your sides and elevate your body off of the ground. Use your abs and your hip flexors to hold your legs straight at 90 degrees to your body, For added difficulty, raise your legs up higher, causing your hips to rotate in front of your arms. Hold the position fot the elapsed time of the exercise.
