Kneeling Forearm Stretch

For the Kneeling Forearm Stretch, kneel on your hands and knees in a comfortable position on the ground. Next, rotate your hands so that your fingers are facing toward your knees. To perform the stretch, sit your hips and torso toward your heels until an adequate stretch is felt in your forearms. It is important not to bounce in this position but instead hold it comfortably for the elapsed time.
This stretch focuses on the flexor muscles of the forearms. These muscles are constantly stressed in our calisthenic workouts and its important to treat them well and keep them healthy.
