For the Dynamic Push Ups, get on the ground in a standard push up position. The way you make this exercise "dynamic" is by bursting up and performing skills while at the apex of the motion. Such skills include: 360 twists, superman position, clapping behind back, and many more. The bulk of the exertion in the exercise is actually when you have to catch your momentum and then prepare for the next skill.
This exercise focuses on your chest, arms, back, and core. The explosive aspect of the exercise makes it more difficult and requires further muscle recruitment to smoothly transition between skills.
