For the Chicken Wing, stand up straight with your arms placed comfortably behind your back. Next, grab one arm and pull it to one side behind your back. As seen in the image, this action will create a chicken wing like shape with one of your arms. To perform the stretch, tilt your head towards the chicken wing shaped arm. Hold this position for the elapsed time and then switch to the other side.
This stretch focuses on the muscles of the neck. By further position your head down or up, you can stretch all the the muscles of the neck. Since all the nerves going to your arms are found in this area, it is essential to keep these muscles loose and healthy.
