For the Burpee exercise follow this sequence:
1. Go into a push up position
2. Do a push up
3. Transfer into squat position
4. Explode up into a squat jump as high as you can
Repeat this process as many times as you can in the allotted time and then rest. If you are finding it hard to complete the pushup part, simply take it out and focus on the explosive jump
This is a full body exercise that mainly focuses on your heart pumping blood to your entire body. Muscles of the chest, back, arms, legs, and core are all firing at different moments in the exercise.
